Orlando, FL – Rumberger, Kirk & Caldwell is pleased to announce the addition of five associates – Molly Cox, Brooke Guenot, William Keith, Dara Lorion and Noah Valenstein – to the firm’s litigation team.

“We are confident that each of these new associates will hit the ground running,” said Managing Partner Frank Sheppard. “The firm is committed to mentoring young attorneys and we get them involved early on rather than just burying them in the library like many firms tend to do. “

All five earned their respective law degrees at Florida universities, with Keith and Valenstein attending Florida State University, Guenot attending Nova Southeastern University, and Cox and Lorion attending the University of Florida.

In a reflection of the firm’s overall practice, the new associates will focus on different areas of law.  Being first year associates, they will have the opportunity to work with different partners, thus, being exposed to various practice areas ranging from commercial litigation, employment, casualty defense, product liability, professional liability and aviation litigation.   Valenstein will work with founding partner Thom Rumberger on environmental matters, elections law and legislative affairs.

The newly hired attorneys will be positioned across the firm’s four Florida offices.  Guenot and Lorion will work out of the Miami office, Cox will work from Orlando, Keith from Tampa and Valenstein from Tallahassee.
