Greg Mroz practices in the areas of warranty, lemon law, and commercial litigation. Greg represents automotive manufacturers in all phases of litigation for cases involving breach of warranty, the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act and Lemon Law. He also represents automotive manufacturers in arbitration hearings before the Florida New Motor Vehicle Arbitration Board and in lawsuits throughout the Southeast. Prior to joining Rumberger, Kirk & Caldwell, Greg was an Assistant State Attorney for the Ninth Judicial Circuit in Orange County where he tried both jury and non-jury trials and argued numerous motions.
Greg graduated from Villanova University School of Law in 2013. He received his undergraduate degree from Princeton University in 2008.
