Since 1981, Larry Roth has been litigating product liability cases including motor vehicles and recreational products. He also represents clients in the areas of pharmaceutical litigation.  

Larry concentrates his product liability practice on claims against the primary safety and crashworthiness of his clients’ motor vehicles, trucks, SUVs, construction equipment, personal use tractors, motorcycles and motor scooters. He also represents the manufacturers of all-terrain vehicles, personal watercraft, other marine products, power equipment, light personal use tractor and lawn equipment, construction models and construction equipment.

Litigating in state and federal court, Larry has tried more than 40 cases to verdict or judgment. He has been selected as "The Best Lawyers in America®" in the areas of commercial and product liability litigation. AV-rated by Martindale-Hubbell, Larry is also a Certified Civil Mediator. He has co-authored two federal appeals books, and has published more than 20 law review and journal articles.
